Super-Glide ALL-STAR System provides true skating action, allowing the player to practice without altering body positions due to skates.
When you practice in your shoes you are training at a specific height. Add skates (increase height 3"-4") and all training has to be adjusted. This causes players to miss or "fan" on the puck disrupting many plays.
